Payment Options, Terms and Conditions
Payments can be in the form of Purchase Orders or credit cards (Visa, Master card and American Express). We are required to collect sales tax unless purchased by a tax exempt organization in which case a copy of your Tax Exemption Certificate is required for our records. Our payment terms are net 30 days after date of invoice. All terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. All shipments are sent from Cranston RI. AGCT will prepay shipping charges and add them to the customer invoice. Most orders are shipped via Federal Express. Other common carriers can be used upon request. In most cases, if orders are received by 3PM EST, it will be shipped the same day.
Incomplete or Damaged Shipping
If a shipment is incomplete or damaged (partial delivery excluded), please retain all shipping documents, containers, and packing materials, and notify AGCT within five business days of receipt. Once a shipment has been released to the carrier, the purchaser becomes the owner of the goods and is responsible for claiming any damage.
